Open everyday 6am to 6pm

Everyday staff are on hand to ensure your important needs are met. Safety for you and your car as well as transit to/from the airport as quick as possible are critical service factors.

Location


The carpark is near the airport and easily accessible from the city, suburbs and regional areas via the major road network. Please refer to map Click Here and directions.


Parking spaces


There is plenty of available capacity to accommodate customers with secure indoor parking


Free shuttle service


There is a free air conditioned 'on-demand' shuttle service. Once you have parked your car you will be taken to the airport terminal.
When you return from your journey please call us after you have claimed your baggage and proceed to the pick-up point. We will be there promptly to take you to your car.

15 minutes to terminal


A prompt and reliable way of reaching your flight on-time with shuttles operating to/from the domestic  and international terminals

Carpark Arrival/Departure Date & Time


For airport arrival time it is recommend that you arrive 1 hour prior to flight departure for domestic flights and 2 hours for international. Ensure you have made an allowance for parking and check in at the carpark as well as transit to the terminal so you arrive in sufficient time for airline seat allocation, luggage check in and boarding your flight

Valet parking


When you enter the carpark, just park in one of the drop off bays conveniently located near the entrance. Then proceed to reception to facilitate transit to the terminal. Your car will be allocated to security storage parking and be easily accessible to you on your return

Travelling with children


If you are travelling with young children that require safety seating - please drop them at the airport terminal FIRST, with an accompanying adult, before you access the car park. There is no provision for adequate child safety seating in the shuttle


24 hour surveillance


Committed staff conduct regular patrols of the carpark and this is complemented by random patrols through professional security personnel and varying electronic systems.

Wheelchair Guests


The carpark buses don't have the ability to transfer wheelchair customers to/from the airport terminals. Assuming you are travelling with at least one adult the wheelchair person should be dropped at the terminal first and the car then driven to the carpark. Alternatively airport carparks offer long term parking rates at the short term carparks adjacent to the terminals. These carparks have lift and other access facilities to support the needs of disabled customers.

Insurance


Carparks have appropriate insurance cover for property loss and damage as well as personal injury and accidents

Parking Fee Rules


1.      
A $2.00 administration fee is included in the quote amount

2.      
Changes/cancellations are via our website (go to "CHANGE MY BOOKING") up to 1:00pm (13:00 hours) Eastern Standard or Summer Time on the day before customers advised parking date. A cancellation fee of $10.00 applies and for changes there maybe an adjustment for any applicable parking charge difference. Any balance owing to customers is refunded.

If customers don't park as per their reservation, subject to changes/cancellations in 2 above, all payments will be forfeited
